"I finished up the test today, and I'll start M Stak for 3 weeks tomorrow.

Overall, I was pretty happy with the supp. I made some great strength gains, and gained some mass. I started out at 169 lbs, and finished at 172.5 lbs, which I don't consider too bad.

I was aiming to gain a pound per week, so I didn't reach my goal, but I don't think I was taking in enough calories initially anyway. So, it was probably my fault I didn't gain what I wanted.

All my compound lifts went up by about 20 to 30 lbs, with new personal bests on almost every lift.
