Vector Lead Trimming System for Industrial PCB Trimming
The Vector lead trimming system has high trim accuracy and allows for a large PCB trim area. Mass lead trimming systems insure consistent and proper trim height for particular specifications. The Vector trimming system is engineered to trim the wire leads of PCB assembly after the soldering process. The process involves fixturing the board and quickly trimming the leads by moving the drive motor. The machine is specifically designed for trimming the wire lead of electronics components only.
This system is designed to ensure no damage occurs on the boards. It is the most operator friendly setup of any mass lead trimmer available. The Vector lead trimming system is the combination of high precision and value without compromise and has been engineered with some of the finest engineering and craftsmanship available in the market today. This system is built in the factory with the highest quality standards and each part utilized in the construction of the machine is carefully inspected to ensure proper fit, alignment, and performance.
Variable RPM maintains high quality trims through a wide range of component materials as well as diameters. The powerful Vector drive motor produces full power throughout the speed range. Safety and ease of operation are important aspects to consider when purchasing a lead trimmer. Multiple smaller boards can also be configured within the same dimensions for greater efficiency.
The Vector lead trimmer offers:
* Vector DC drive motor for low maintenance with dynamic braking
* Variable speed selection with current feedback control for consistent operation
* Built-in Universal Mechanical Fixturing for a maximum PCB size of 19" x 30"
* Built-in Production Vacuum Fixturing for faster, more accurate fixture set-up
* Height cutter adjustment in increments of .001" for tolerances within .002"
* Operator safety assured, with two button activation to start cutter drive
* Q "Super Cutter Ring" for safe performance, durability, and resharpening

Sometimes Inet Control in VB is not executing to upload the file into FTP?
Sometimes Inet Control in VB is not executing to upload the file into FTP, while uploading the files continously.
Example --> Inet1.Execute , "PUT " & Trim(strLocalPath) & " " & Trim(strRemotePath). Here strLocalPath and strRemotePath are variables to store the path of file to be uploaded. Please help me to solve this problem
If you're uploading a stream of files without checking the status of the upload, you may be overloading the server and not noticing that it's trying to tell you to stop. Or there may be a problem with particular files (I just spent about 10 hours debugging a similar situation). I find that using the underlying API, rather than the control, when dealing with internet data handling, is more robust.
