Rc remote servo help:?
A few weeks ago I bought a rc remote set (tenchniplus) from acoms. Which came with two as-17 servos. I modified one servo for continuous rotation by adding two resistors and removing the pot. Everything seemed to work except sometimes if the the transmitter is switched off before the receiver the modified servo(not the unmodified) would go crazy. Also it is hard to get the trim right so the modified servo wouldn't start spinning when throttle is neutral. Even when the trim is right the servo would vibrate. Could this be a connection issue, do i need a capacitor to fix this please help thanx.
Basic R/C rules. Turn your transmitter on first and off last that way the receiver only responds to the transmitter and not signals from an extraneous source. You might have to do some more tinkering with the resistors on the modified servo as you don't appear to have a dead band where the servo can stop.
