Toronto, Canada - GAO RFID Inc. (www.GAORFID.com) is offering a semi-passive RFID response tag series that provide real-time data collection for the identification, tracking, and location of assets or people. They use advanced UHF radio frequency technology enabling long range 6m communication from either a handheld or fixed RFID reader.

This UHF semi-passive RFID response tag series, model 137005, provides reliable identification of fast-moving objects at a rate of 100tag/s. 2000 tags can be identified simultaneously due to its unique anti-collision algorithms. Each tag has a 64-byte data memory for storing user and process information to provide real-time tracking and tracing. Non-line-of-sight data transmission allows tags to be buried while transmitting for improved tracking/locating efficiency. The RFID tags feature very low power consumption enabling them to operate effectively for over 6 years without battery replacement. Besides, this economical semi-passive RFID tag series provides users with a diverse selection of options and configurable housing according to specific requirements.

What would cause an oscilloscope to stop displaying a trace?

I just got a tektronix 2215 oscilloscope from Ebay. the seller said it worked fine but then stopped displaying a trace. so I got a deal on it. does anyone know what might be the cause of that? could it be something simple like dirty switches or a blown fuse? just trying to get an idea so I know what I'm getting into. I haven't received it yet so I can't physically check it out yet.

Could be dozens of problems, all of them serious.

First thing to try, is there any image on the screen at all? If you see a dot or vertical line, then it's the sweep circuits that are out. If there is nothing, it could be anywhere in the cRT, it's drivers, the power supply.

If you can't find anything obvious like a fuse, send it to tek for repair.

Wow, you bought a totally non-functioning scope. Hope you didn't pay more than $10 for it. If so, I have a bridge you might want to buy.
