White Management Group - A Successful Evolution

You may not recognize this company name, but I think it will become familiar quickly—White Management Group is a small construction company formed from the merger of 4 other Gary White Companies. GW Renovations, GW Handyman Services, GW Contractor Services and GW Community Development make up the list of companies involved in the merger to form White Management Group, LLC.
As you may or may not know, Gary White has spent the last 10 years growing and building his successful business in the Texas area. When Mr. White began his own business, Gary White Handyman Services which later became GW Handyman Services, he started out working on small-scale construction projects, repair and alteration projects focusing primarily on residential contracting. One satisfied and dedicated customer was quoted in DMagazine as saying, “He’s completely trustworthy, neat, and always vacuums before he leaves.” Sounds like the perfect man!
Once word got out on Mr. White’s quality of work, work ethic and reputation, he began to bid on and successfully complete larger-scale projects. This took him to the next step of creating GW Contractor Services and GW Community Development.
With the current business boom that is occurring in the local area and Mr. White’s desire to take his companies to the next level, he has decided to change direction of his target market. Gary is shifting direction from a primarily residential clientele to the larger commercial accounts. His newly formed business plan will lay out the necessary goals and tasks to make this transition successful and create enough market-share to successfully compete in this highly competitive market.
In recognizing the strengths of his companies, Gary White decided the best move he could make for the future of these companies was to merge all four into the White Management Group, LLC. With the company being structured as a Limited Liability Corporation, this will allow WMG greater access to invest funds to fuel its growth and strength.
The vision of White Management Group, LLC is to be effective in community and economic development nationwide while providing services of excellence in traditional general contracting services locally.
“Making a difference in people, communities, and quality of life, one project at a time”
So while White Management Group is a new company name, it has a long history in Texas communities and conducts business with old school values. You are going to see Gary White’s newly merged company –White Management Group, LLC – for a long time!

Is it possible to turn a white top pink?

I have an off-white knit sweater top (cotton) that I would like to make pink. First, would I soak it in bleach water to get it completely white? If so, what dilution and temperature do I use? How long do I leave it in the bleach solution?

After it's white, how would I make it pink? Is there a fabric dye that I can buy that would be permanent?
I want to do it in a more professional way, not just wash it with a red top.

You can dye it pink. I don't recommend using Rit Dye, tho. Rit Dye is just awful. I once dyed a pair of jeans with Rit and they turned my legs black every time I wore them, even after many washings. I finally just threw the jeans in the trash.

Dylon Dye is a much more colorfast, and I think you'll be happier with it. You can buy Dylon over the Internet:

I wouldn't try removing the existing color, myself. I've never had much luck with that and if the sweater is off-white, it shouldn't affect the end result much.

Good luck.
