I have computer lab of 20 computers and the net speed upgraded to 1 Gigabit , and my supervisior want me to test the network cables to check if it's able to recieve this speed , how I can make this test???

Any competent network cabling contractor should have the similar tester to test and rework/replace defective cables. If your cables do not pass certification, it probably only need the jacks re-terminated.
