Using Power Iso to copy a disk image and mount that image to a virtual drive.?

I have copied the disk image of my Age of Empires 2 CD-ROM so that I now have a .bin and .cue file. I cannot figure out now how to turn that into one file that can be mounted to play on a virtual drive. I want to do this so I can play my game of my net-book which doesn't have an internal optical drive. Help plz?
