Open the cover,locate the power supply circuit, test the voltage between B+ and Common. If the power supply was already failed, check its filter capacitor voltage rate supposed it is 63V. then output should be under 50V. Or test its step down transformer secondary winding AC voltage reading, supposed it is 50V AC, then power supply should be closed to 50V DC. If it used voltage regulator, check the number marked on it, supposed it is LM7836, then output is 36V.
