How to you snap off the blade from a Stanly knife (box cutter) safely?
I have one with a snap off blade but its not snapping off...I'm scared to force it because the last on flicked up when I did that. Is there any safe way or trick to do this?
Carefully wind some transparent tape around the line that you are about to snap, hold the tip of the blade with a pair of pliers next to the line and firmly snap the blade. The tape will prevent any flying pieces and can be carefully removed afterwards.
