What are my chances for college marching band?
Marching band = love
I based my college search on if they had a marching band or not, because i'd love to continue it after H.S.
My dream would be MSU SMB.
Heres my deal:
7 years Tuba, but being a tuba and only learning from school, I've only been asked to play "oom-pah" parts... I'm shaky on intense/fast parts in music... But i can do em.
My musical knowlege is also lacking... i can read music and i'm told I have a lovely tone, but as far as musical technicality goes I dont understand it.
The only things i think would help my chances: Tuba, Female, Tone, Passion for Marching Band
Please, any and all advice is welcome.
Female won't do you any good but the tuba and tone will and the passion for marching band will for sure.
