camera help.....please please read.?
ok i have a sanyo vpc-s500, i am trying to put pictures from my camera onto the computer, ive had it for like six months and it always worked, im gonna try not to make this complicated but its kinda hard, ok, first of all my computer and mouse is battery operated[with the laser], the thing that goes with the laser is plugged into the USB in the back of the computer, there is two more USB's in the front of the computer, when i plug the USB camera cord into the front USB things it does nothing, acts like i didnt even plug it in, when i plug it into the other one in the back, by the mouse/computer laser thing, it works but it shut off the laser thing so i cant use the mouse or keyboard, so thats useless. when i plug the keyboard/mouse laser thing in the front USB thing, and the camera USB in the back it does nothing, this is so weird, it worked the other day then about two hours later i tried it & it didnt work. my computer doesnt use the older mouses and keyboards, only the laser ones
It may be possible that the front usbs are damaged so you should use the older mice and keyboards or you can reinstall the driver that the camera uses and then try again. Hope this helps
