Anyone else own a Samsung plasma TV that had the stand snap?
We've owned our 58" Samsumg plasma TV (PN58b860Y2F) for a little under 2 years. While watching TV today, the stand suddenly gave out and the TV came crashing to the floor. The stand cracked right at the base! We are working with Samsung to hopefully get a replacement but the outcome is still foggy. This TV was well taken care of - never bumped or rough handled. It's always seemed a bit wobbly though. Anyone share a simular experience?
there is a bulletin out to service shops about this problem but no you are not going to just get a new one for free. the set is 3 model years old and 2 years was its life expectancy
