Stereo amplifier
A Portable headphone stereo amplifier as the name suggests work wonders when it comes toits functional ability of tremendously improving the sound qualityas well as the volume of any digital audio player. A good example of where this can be use includes the MP3 or MP4 player, mobile phone and laptop amongst various others. The compacted size of a stereo amplifier does not hamper its ability to carry out its function. In fact it works even better than various other much larger amplifiers.
As you shop online you will come across different types of stereo amplifier. These would include the FiiO 3.5mm earphone volume booster Power Amplifier black. With this particular stereo amplifier you will get to enjoy good sound quality as you listen to your favorite music. This is made possible through the fact that this particular stereo amplifier has been designed to work well with headphones which have high impedance and low sensitivity.
The fact that the FiiO 3.5mm earphone volume booster power amplifier is a portable stereo amplifier device makes it possible for anyone to easily move around with it and enjoy listening to music wherever they go. Apart from the improved sound quality, there are various other benefits of using a stereo amplifier. These would include the fact that you will be able to increase the playtime of your music player.
This FiiO 3.5mm earphone sound stereo amplifier booster has been produced with the latest technology. It has been fitted with the latest IC which works to increase its S/N and completely reduce distortion. It also comes with a high PSRR and an outer surface made out of a metal case. This helps in the noise reduction of a GSM mobile phone. This makes it possible for you to use this stereo amplifier with a GSM music mobile phone.
The FiiO 3.5mm earphone sound stereo amplifier booster is quite user friendly due to the fact that it consists of an individual power switch and an electronic volume control. This is what helps to ensure that the levels of sound distortion are kept at a minimum. It also completely does away with the irritating noise that comes about as a result of adjusting which mostly occurs when using a potentiometer.
As earlier states this particular amplifier increases the play time of your music player. This is made possible with the presence of a in- built rechargeable battery. This battery allows for the user to listen to music for up to 20 hours straight within a normal volume range.

How can I convert a B500K Linear Potentiometer to A500K Audio or Log Potentiometer?
How can I convert a B500K Linear Potentiometer to A500K Audio or Log Potentiometer? I read somewhere that it's possible by adding a resistor. What kind of resistor should I use and what value?
You can do exactly that by adding a resistor, but you also have to change the circuit configuration to a parallel resistance. This is not an entirely logarithmic situation, but a "psuedo logarithmic" solution if you will.
Normally, in a linear situation, you would use a potentiometer with voltage in on one side, and the wiper terminal will be voltage out, the other side goes to ground. What you need to do, in essence, is make the resistance from the output of the single resistor to logarithmically "drain" through the potentiometer to ground, leaving the rest coming from the single resistor to go to voltage out.
To do this: Place a resistor in the circuit that goes to Vout, now, in between the resistor and Vout, connect a potentiometer to ground using a "rheostat" configuration. That means you are going to connect the first terminal on the pot (the one closest to the resistor), to the wiper output. Then the other terminal goes to ground.
This is very hard to explain without visuals, so I found a document on the maxim integrated circuit website that does exactly this: http://www.maxim-ic.com/appnotes.cfm/appnote_number/838
Note that by switching the pot with the resistor, you get an opposite effect, a logarithmic decrease instead of increase.I hope you get it sorted out
