Cooler Master Hyper Tx Socket 775 Cpu Cooler

Heatpipe technology is definitely the current standard for high performance processor air cooling. Just about every manufacturer in the processor cooling game has added heatpipes to their latest offerings, and Cooler Master is no exception. Cooler Master recently launched a handful of interesting new processor coolers, and the one up for review today is the Hyper TX, a relatively small heatpipe cooler intended for Socket 775 processors only.

Breadboard compatible with 68-pin PLCC socket?

I'm pretty new to electronics, and I need some advice. What kind of breadboard would be compatible with the Z80 processor I've got in a 68 pin PLCC socket?
Oh, and my socket is through-hole, if that changes anything.

Most breadboards have 0.1" spacing, and as your socket is a surface-mount device, you would have to create some sort of adapter, or buy an adapter and pry the chip out of your current socket.

Z80 chips are cheap and plentiful. If you search for these on the DigiKey website you will find 40-pin and 64-pin through-hole versions that are compatible with 0.1" breadboards and with ZIF sockets too.
