How to Fully Uninstall and Remove Palm Desktop?

Do you get troubled when you try to completely remove all traces of Palm Desktop? Palm Tungsten E Search does not display all results?

My user just replaced his old tungsten E w/ a new one. When he uses the text search it does not produce all results, there is a 'find more' button to click on the screen but it continues to produce the same results. I have browsed around and have found that others have the same issue but w/ no resolve. Anyone experience this issue? Any suggestions on how to resolve it?

If you are using the "Magnifying Glass" icon for "Find", yes the search string is critical. Sometimes putting in less will give you more hits.

I keep a list of music CDs that receive good ratings in the search for new music. Recently, I wanted to add to this list but couldn't remember where it was, so I used the "Find" and put in CDs. I didn't find the memo because it was CD's. So I put in less CD and did find more results including the Memo.

Another way to locate records for the future is to use the "Custom" fields putting in key words there so if you use the "Find" and just use the keyword, it will locate what you want in the future.
