Multi Turn Trimpots Potentiometer?

I have a question regarding potentiometer. I saw a PC mount, miniature, multi-turn trimmer potentiometer 1k ohm Vertical mount, top adjust, 30 turn, Trimpot. Does that mean 1 turn = 33.333 ohm and 2 turn 66.6666 and 3 turn 99.99999 and so on until 1000 ohm?
Is Trimmer potentiometer same as linear potentiometer?
