It is fitted with cam lever arrangements for extra power to hammer. automatic stirrer is provided in the chamber to shift the materials while hammering. It is equipped with specially designed liver to lock/unlock the hammering process. sieving can be done while hammering is locked/stopped. It is provided with fly wheel with pulley for easy smooth operations. some of its features include less noise, dust free operation, no wastage of product & pollution hazards, low maintenance, etc. grinding is carried out in a cool atmospheric temperature, which guarantee against any thermal degradation of product quality & flavors.

Pounding Machine ( Kandap Machine) Made from heavy duty Mild Steel fabricated Structure. Having 50 mm diameter X 1200 mm Length Hammers which is leafs by Steel Cam. Pound plate from Cast iron and covering Chamber from Steel Sheet. Mild Steel Fabricated automatic stirrer in the chamber to shift the materials while hammering. A special Deigned liver to lock and unlock the hammering process sieving can b done while hammering is locked / stopped.

How is the motor of a washing machine controlled?

can you please tell me what is the control of washing machines being controlled now-a-days, im doing a project on the control of washing machine motor by using IC's but i don't know if its ever employed or not?

Washing machine motors are wound to operate at one of two or three speeds by how the windings are connected.

The washing machine transmission that converts the rotary motion of the motor into agitation and spinning for removing water is either controlled by solenoids or simply by the direction of rotation of the motor.

Modern washers use solid state controls to determine which motor windings are energized, when water is admitted, and timing of the various phases of the wash, rinse and spin cycles. In earlier designs this control was done by a mechanical timer with cams controlling switches.
