Why are light bulbs not considered as Ohmic Resistors?

Ohmic resistor: a type of electrial load that does not change electrical resistance with temperature.

Now, why aren't light bulbs considered to be one? A quick answer would be great! Oh, and a simple one!

The engineers who create the light bulbs do not consider ohmic resistance to be one of the design criteria that they have to worry about. In other words, they could design a light bulb that had ohmic resistance, but that would not make their product more desirable for customers, so it would be wasted effort that would not increase their profits.
