Cheap but effective blinking LEDs (or other low profile light)?
I'm wondering how i can get cheap, low profile, strobe or blinking lights. I've been looking for LEDs that would accomplish this, but it seems rather confusing. I don't know if i need circuits or anything (I don't know anything about that sort of thing.)
