Strengths:
- In any given office, there's often at least one person who can't figure out the equipment. Well not with this machine; it's simple even for the most inexperienced user. Simply slide your sheets in and the blades will start and stop automatically. If the machine senses a possible paper jam, it will stop before the items get clogged. The reverse switch sends the excess paper back out.
- The solid steel cutters are run by a powerful motor rated for continual operation. This allows all day shredding without frequent cool down periods. Busy offices will especially appreciate this feature, since employees will spend less time waiting and more time shredding.

Weaknesses:
- The small particles only provide a level 3 security rating. Most offices find this completely adequate for their needs and it keeps them FACTA compliant. However, any company needing to meet government security regulations will require a higher security device, such as the Fellowes HS-800.
- As with any large office machine, this one is fairly heavy. Even so, there are casters on the bottom for easy mobility and we don't think this will be a problem for most offices.
- While the shredding of credit cards and document fasteners is great, it would be even more convenient if this machine could take in CDs as well. Your office may or may not need this ability. If you'd prefer this option as well, we recommend the Powershred C-420C.

Should I switch from a ten finger grip to interlocking or overlapping?
I know everyone says do what is most comfortable, but I'm a beginner looking to change from a ten finger grip to either interlocking or overlapping. Am I on the right track here? I always hear that the ten finger grip doesn't provide a consistent grip and doesn't allow the hands to move as one unit.
I have long fingers, so the overlapping grip feels odd because I have a bunch of my left index finger inside the grip. Maybe an overlapping grip will get my left index finger out of the grip and out of the way?
Most pros tend to play an overlapping grip and this tends to provide a looser, more consistent grip that allows the golfer to make minute manipulations in the wrists. To address your problem about the long fingers, you shouldn't have this problem no matter how long your fingers are. Therefore, thicker grips are probably in order. Also, while I recommend an overlap grip, it really is about what is comfortable to you (even tiger woods used an interlock grip) and what allows you to properly hold the club.
If you want to be on your way to a proper grip, hold your hand out as if to shake someone's hand and put the club in your hand so that the grip is touching the meaty pad of your hand. this will allow you to take the club back properly on plane w/o having to twist the club awkwardly. it may feel weird at first but its right. have your local pro help you with your grip
