Per Review: Good Hardware, Lousy Software. Duplexing is really simple. Manually scanning two different sheets on to one two sided document or just a two-sided document are both very easy. Just not a thick stack all at once. Scanning is where it falls a bit flat: "Hope that Canon will ship updated drivers."
