how u will find , whether GEA71 suppling power to fuel flow transducer,the voltage supplied by GEA 71 is 10 V .if i remove the connector i measure with digital multimeter ,will this procedure harm the GEA 71 because it is very sensitive ?

No, the digital voltmeter will put much less of a load on it than the transducer.

I would suggest hooking the DVM up to the required pins, applying power to check the voltage, remove power, remove DVM.
