Where can I get the linking rod between the ignition cylinder and ignition switch replaced?

I recetnly discovered (in my 1995 Mustang Convertible 5-Speed V6) that the linkage piece that runs between the ignition cylinder and ignition switch is broken (I am sure it is that piece). I read online that there are some places that specialize in steering column repairs. Anyone know of the general name of these places, where else to get it fixed (besides the dealer), or, best of all, any places in the Phoenix, AZ metropolitian area?
