You can use a table saw or an angle grinder with a diamond blade mounted on it. The diamond blade can be a continuous-rim blade (e.g., http://www.diamondbladeselect.com/products/sintered-diamond-saw-blades/continuous-rim-diamond-saw-blades/) for less chipping, or a segmented-rim blade (e.g., http://www.diamondbladeselect.com/products/sintered-diamond-saw-blades/segmented-diamond-saw-blades/) for faster cutting. These diamond blades are not expensive. During the cutting process, water is normally used (wet cutting) to reduce the dust and extend the diamond blade's life.
