What is M0, M1, and M2, also general Federal Reserve questions?

I have to say, I'm kind of dumbfounded as to how the Fed exactly works, I just know that they manipulate market signals with the printing press.
They don't change the money supply with the printing press.
There are a lot of different tools the fed using, it'd take me a day to talk you through it yet along write it.
There are t bills and treasuries, for your idea, they're the same thing. Then there are TIPS and a bunch of other things, MBS, ect. They change the fed fund rates at their meeting. This changes how much interest in paid on deposits and how much banks loan funds for. That encourages lending. The fed then will buy treasuries thus increasing the money supply as the fed is paying cash for the treasury.
