Ondoy (Ketsana) Hits Manila, Philippines. How long will it last there and when will be the electricity back?

I'm getting worried, My Love lives there, Can someone tell me How long will it last? and at what Time will the electricity be back so I can talk to her *sobs*

I saw the forecast points for ondoy, it shows that it will be away soon and would be far away from Philippines by the end of 27th
