i have trouble pulling myself together to make eye contact with my crush?

so i think this boy likes me, i caught him looking/staring at me every 2-5 minutes, i try looking back at him, but whenever i caught him looking at me i glance away shyly and pretend not to notice him, i know if i keep going on like this he's gonna to like some other girl, but it's so frightening JUST LOOKING AT HIM!!!!!! how do i get over this?

just stay calm, and look right into his eyes. if he really likes you, he wont look away. after that, you wont have trouble looking back at him when he stares at you.
