My dog is CRAZY..?
He eats EVERYTHING. He gnaws his shingles off his dog house --- that's a mixture of asphalt and fiberglass. He eats his blankets and bedding, he eats the foam pads we place in his lot, he eats rocks, eats cigarette butts, pulled the electrical box COVER off the side of the house, jumped up to the window sill and ripped garland and greenery off the side of the house. He eats my socks, eats my underwear (we often find it in his waste while cleaning out his lot) He eats ants, moths, bees, he eats dirt and sticks (I mean actually EATS it) ... we're not under-feeding him. He gets a meal in the morning and a meal in the afternoon.
He's an almost 10-month-old black Lab, rather LARGE. He's already 85 lbs before he's even a year old, and not at all overweight. He's very stout and muscular, a very nice looking dog. He's just a beast, and an obnoxious one at that. He's smart, but not obedient.
Help me please. He's destroying his dog house.

My yellow Lab was just like that when he was younger. He will be 3 in March and has calmed down a 100%. But from 7 weeks until now he would eat EVERYTHING and ANYTHING. The best thing I can tell you is EXERCISE him like crazy. Many dogs and especially Labs will chew and chew out of boredom or too much pent up energy. My Lab is crated when I am not home and that is for his safety and my houses safety. I know even now when he is pouting he will destroy whatever he can in seconds. He is now 116 Lbs and he is huge and powerful so like your guy he can cause mass chaos. Exercise and giving him proper things to chew on help a great deal. Chewing is a natural behavior so I make my Labs always have things to chew on . Bully Sticks are the beat. They are healthy and tasty to them plus they last a little while. Kong Toys and Nyla bones are also great.
I know there are also sprays you can use but I know when I came to my guy he actually liked the taste of it whereas other dogs hated it.
I would say you should be exercising your guy three times a day for at least 30 to 45 minutes a time. Crate him when you are away and when you are there stay on top of him. My Lab actually prefers to be crated when we are gone. But when he was 6 months olds he knocked down an entire cabinet full of meds. He chewed the lock off, then ate through the wood until he made an opening to fit his head through. He then ate some powerful meds, I got lucky because they use morphine on dogs (my brother was dying of cancer so we had morphine in the house) But he still had to go spend the day and night at the vet which costed $800.00. His size saved his life. But after that he was crated when I was not there. I also got a remote shock collar, they are NO MORE crueler than the invisible fence collars. That training device worked miracle. He got one shock at the lowest voltage and from that point on I just show him the collar and he stops his destructive rampages. But really the exercise and the crating and the training did the trick. Trust me that is a better route than a several thousand dollar vet bill for removing a blockage in their stomachs.
