first , it isn't 500 or 600 degrees...
It is 5.00 or 6.00...(five or six)...diopters is the proper term.
Ok...we can determine the contact prescription from the glasses prescription, but not the other way around.
There are several combinations in the glasses power that could make your contacts be a - 7.50, so it isn't possible to tell with any certainty.
