Constantly Tired? Try These Energy Boosting Tips To Overcome Tiredness
Are you constantly tired? Do you feel like you're carrying the whole world on your shoulders even though you've just woken up? Or do you find yourself lacking your usual energy? If your answer to any of these questions is yes, then it's about time you do something about it.
If you want to know how to stop feeling constantly tired, read on!
Energy Boosting Tip # 1: Catch the Culprit.
There's nothing much you can do until you know, more or less, what is making you constantly tired. Have you been putting in more hours at the office recently? Are you under a lot of stress? Are you severely obese?
A lot of factors could have contributed to your current predicament. The most obvious ones are those that have to do with your lifestyle. Don't overexert yourself.
Other factors have something to do with your health. Schedule an appointment with your doctor. A check-up might be long overdue.
Energy Boosting Tip # 2: Get Enough Sleep.
If you're constantly tired, that might mean you're not getting enough sleep or you're not sleeping early enough.
These days, the 8-hour sleeping rule doesn't exactly apply to everybody anymore. Some people need more than 8 hours of sleep to function properly in the day. Others need only 5 or 6.
The best way to find out just how many hours of sleep you need is by consistently waking up at the same time everyday. Set your alarm to the hour you wish to wake up and go to sleep as soon as you feel sleepy.
When your alarm rings, don't go back to sleep. Do this for a week and observe whether you feel any different. If you feel like you need more hours or fewer hours, adjust accordingly.
Energy Boosting Tip # 3: Eat Right.
Feeling constantly tired gives you the perfect excuse to start eating healthier. Avoid eating food peppered with additives and preservatives. Instead, go for the fresh and the organic types.
Apricots, for example, are known for their rejuvenating powers. Introduce these healthy foods into your diet slowly so as not to shock your digestive system too much. Not only will they help you have more energy, they will also have profound and positive effects on other aspects of your life.
You're not the only one who feels constantly tired. A lot of people actually have this problem. The good thing about this is that you have the power to do something about it. Don't allow constant fatigue to keep you from living the life you want.

Is it possible to have a power supply that is both constant current and constant voltage?
how would one construct such a power supply?
this is what i thought, we are building a PS and someone was trying to tell me it had to be constant voltage and constant current, i have been racking my brain trying to think how to do this within our design requirements.
Yes, they're common. Most commercial power supplies work that way. Below their maximum current, they are constant voltage. Once they reach maximum current, they become constant voltage.
There are many ways to make such a circuit. Either you wrap a voltage regulator in a constant current source, or vice versa.
