Do you need to have a carrying case for an airsoft gun to bring into public(in California)?
I do not have a carrying case for my airsoft rifle, and I need to take it for repair. Do I need to have a carrying case for my rifle if I'm going to bring it in public? I will only be carrying it into and out of the store, and the orange tip is still intact.
technecally no they are in the toy classifiction however so many look real that putting it in a case for transport keeps unwanted eyes from seeing your toy and startling the ignorant..
