how does a capacitance meter work?
How does a capacitance meter work, does it put a small charge over a capacitor to measure its capciatcnce? can someone break it down on what it accually does to find this value?
Generally, they put a known voltage current source on a capacitor, to see how long it takes to charge and discharge (through a known discharge load).
