Kia Cars Locking Mechanisms
Every modern Kia vehicle of today is equipped with the most efficient locking mechanisms which are quite important to ensure the security of the vehicle. In fact car owners to ensure that their Kia automobile would remain secure and prevent it from getting stolen, all the important locking mechanisms should be present and in working order.
REMOTE KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM
It is possible to lock or unlock every Kia car door, turn the interior lights on, and activate the panic alarm by using the key fob from outside the Kia vehicle. Be sure to remove the key from the vehicle before locking the doors. As many as 5 key fobs can be used with one vehicle. For information concerning the purchase and use of additional key fobs, contact a Kia dealer. The panic alarm will not activate when the key is in the ignition switch.
Push the button on the key fob for all the Kia car doors to lock. The hazard lights flash twice and the horn beeps once to indicate all doors are locked. When the button is pushed with all Kia cars doors locked, the hazard lights flash twice and the horn beeps once as a reminder that the doors are already locked. If a Kia car door is open and you push the button, the doors will lock but the horn will not beep and the hazard lights will not flash. The horn may or may not beep once.
Releasing the trunk lid
Push the button on the key fob of the Kia car for longer than 0.5 second to open the trunk lid. The trunk release button on the Kia key fob will not operate when the ignition switch is in the ON position.
Locking doors
Kia car doors lock with the door handle request switch while a mechanical key is in the ignition switch or the ignition switch is pushed in. Kia car doors lock with the door handle request switch while the ignition switch is not in the LOCK position. Kia car doors do not lock by pushing the door handle request switch while any door is open. However, Kia car doors lock with the mechanical key even if any door is open. After locking the doors using the request switch, make sure that the doors have been securely locked by operating the door handles or the trunk opener switch.
Unlocking doors
Carry the Kia Intelligent Key. Push the door handle request switch 1s. The hazard warning lights flash once and the outside buzzer sounds once. Push the Kia car door handle request switch 1s again within 1 minute to unlock all doors. If a door handle is pulled while unlocking the Kia car doors, that door may not be unlocked. Returning the door handle to its original position will unlock the Kia car door. If the Kia car door does not unlock after returning the door handle, push the door handle request switch to unlock the Kia car door.
Thus, apart from all of these there are quite a lot of other efficient locking systems which are a part of the security features of modern Kia vehicles.

Does the Vauxhall Corsa 2003 have a boot button inside the car?
I own a blue Vauxhall Corsa 2003, the key central locking doesn't know and it is way to much money to get it fixed. I have tried looking in manual to see if there is a button within the car that will open the boot as whenever i have friends in the car and they get stuff out the boot, i need to turn off the engine to open the boot.
I hope someone knows where this boot button is! Thank you 
There is no boot release within the car, so you'll either need to get the central locking fixed or continue to open it manually.
If it's the central locking motor that's stopped working then get one from a scrap yard and have a local mechanic fit it for you. No way on a car of that age would I be getting new parts from a dealer.
