Stuff You Will Need
A non-conducting container - Tupperware storage bin or a 5 gallon pail works perfectly
Battery charger - big is better, one able to produce 6 to 10 amps should do.
Sacrificial electrodes - Concrete reinforcing rod works well (rebar) cut into lengths about 4" taller than your bucket or container. Do not use stainless steel! The results are a health hazard.Arm and Hammer Super Washing Soda. Another company that makes washing soda is Borax
Copper Wire - for connecting electrodes together.Water.Small lengths of small chain And Small Piece Of Wood 2x4 - (used to suspend the rusty parts in solution) or some other means to suspend the part to clean into the solution.

Setup
Using the Tupperware bin or 5 gallon pail, mix a solution of 5 gallons water to 1/3 to 1/2 cup laundry soda. Stir or mix the solution so all the washing soda is dissolved.
Do Not Use Other Salts Instead Of Washing Soda
Caustic soda, for example, is far too corrosive. Solutions of ordinary table salt can generate chlorine gas (toxic) at the positive electrode (anode). Do not use this method of rust removal on stainless steel due to very harmful fumes will be produced. Only use this method for iron or steel.
Place electrodes in bucket and form a perimeter along the inside of the pail. The electrodes must not touch the part(s) to be cleaned, which will be suspended in center of bucket. Tie and connect all the electrodes with the copper wire forming a complete circuit. Suspend part to be cleaned into bucket so it hangs in the middle using the wood 2x4 and copper wire or chain.
Now attach the battery charger. This step is important as incorrect polarity will damage your parts. Attach the negative lead from a battery charger to the part (connect the negative lead to the chain or copper wire suspending the part to be cleaned), and attach the positive lead to your electrode (connect positive lead to copper wire connecting the electrodes).
Turn on the battery charger, and watch the action. You should see small bubbles coming from your part, and you should see a small current draw (2-4 amps) on the ammeter of the battery charger. If by chance you have an automatic battery charger with the start/boost option then use that setting. Let your setup go for a few hours.
Once you pull the part out, the formerly rusted areas will be black. You can remove this by rubbing lightly with your fingers, a plastic pot scrubber. Sometimes just using a pressure washer or garden hose to rinse the part off works too.
Once you are done if you are not going to use your solution again or use it for a long period of time, you can just dump the solution out. It is not harmful.

I know the largest resistance is Voltmeter and the ammeter has the smallest, but I dont know why. I think it has something to do with so it won't use up all the electricity or something.
Both volt meter and amp meter always should draw very less current to show measurement almost accurately.
